Voyage Repairs and Riding Squads
Our technicians board the vessel in one port and repair the system in-transit (Riding Squads), ensuring the ship remains on charter. We perform a full spectrum of engineering works:

Major compressor overhauls (screw and reciprocating): Comprehensive replacement of bearings, crankshafts, valve plates, shaft seals, and precise mechanical machining of components.

Diagnostics and measurements: We execute vibration analysis, laser shaft alignment, laboratory oil acidity tests (POE/Mineral), and motor insulation resistance testing (Megger test).
